Planking Twats!

So Planking is fun? Yes it may be popular, Yes you may want the 'best' planking picture. Honestly can you say that any plank is worth your life or the possible loss of another's?
The picture up top shows what could have been the loss of life's, if I had been driving underneath that I may have just taken my eyes away from the road for that split second and died - or killed another. These people should be jailed for putting the lifes of the public at risk.
I have heard of people planking on top of car's while they are being driven - People this is dangerous driving, Fun or not you could cause an accident!
The latest caze in Russia is being buried alive overnight and given air holes, someone just died as it rained on the night he done it - Come on it's a craze everyone, as is planking and both are dangerous, but I bet half the so called 'Planker Wankers' will not be as keen to take up on this craze.
Planking is not cool, it makes you look like a big kid that need's a good slap for being so stupid - Here is hoping the planking craze die's before more people die in either in the process of planking or die as a result of a planker.

Quest for Justice

Reading BBC News and I came across a piece on Ameneh Bahrami's fight for Justice, she is the victim of a vicious Acid attack that took place in Iran. As she had been blinded the Iranian courts ordered that her attacker blinded yet the punishment has not taken place yet. Piece Here

Human rights organisations have decided to raise their ugly heads and deem it as Inhuman and cruel, was it not inhuman and cruel when Majeed Movahidi threw acid in Ameneh Bahrami's face?

I really dislike Human rights organisation's as they always fight for the right of those who are in the wrong, you never hear them shouting from the roof tops about those who have been withheld justice when they were infact due it.

I do hope Ameneh Bahrami gets her Justice, as, as she says "If I forgive, I get nothing for forgiveness," - "The same if I take his eyesight, I get nothing. But I want people like Majeed to know that there is punishment." which I can fully agree with. Ameneh would send out such a message if his punishment is carried out, she may in fact be someone who contributes to these vicious acid attacks coming to a hault.

We could all learn something from Ameneh, when faced with such difficulties and change in her life, she is still such a strong person and knows what she wants. Understanding that these attacks will carry on if a clear message is not sent out to these future acid attackers.

If only we could do half of what Ameneh is suggesting and actually lock wrong doers behind bar's, rather than shying away from it - if we locked up even half the wrong doers it would be an improvement on current statistics.

Good Luck Ameneh, I hope you find peace one day with what has been inflicted upon you x

Restorative Justice

They say restorative justice works wonder's it help's those who have been effected by a crime ask the criminal why they done it, and basically they get the opportunity to show the criminal exactly how they have effected there life. The criminal also gets 'shocked' into seeing how their actions have caused more than just a death (Etc)

So what about us who never got Justice, Us who should have been given the opportunity to be proud of the justice system and were denied that right? We don't get to use this 'Restorative Justice' .. we don't get Justice and we do not get to show the Criminal what they done - Because the Court/Jury Acquitted them, the people who really have no clue as to how it effects the innocent got to Acquit the Criminal and to carry on with their business while us the Innocent got more than we ever expected, We got to Loss a family member, we may have got to watch other family members in pain, we got to arrange a funeral, we got to sit with our thoughts, and we got to watch a criminal smile while walking the path to freedom. (etc)

So seriously, we get to sit and wonder each day if the person thinks about what they done, what they caused. We get to know they are out their living their life while we are living a life we would not have been living if it were not for their careless actions. AND we do not even get access to Restorative Justice .. Which to me would be a rather grand happening - I would love to sit across from the man who killed my mother and ask him Why .... But I am not even sure I am allowed to contact him - and even if I were would he be able to say I was hassling him, get to call the police and possibly take me up on charges for asking him Why he done it - Well we never know these days - Possibly. I would love to do it in a legal setting but I guess us innocent families who get the rough side of the stick do not get any Pro's. We all but get to sit and wonder what we ever done to deserve this ...

So I put the question out to you - What Justice? Is there any? I have yet to see it ...
